Die Springreiter-Europameisterschaft 2025 in Zahlen

Der Countdown läuft: Vom 16. bis 20. Juli findet in A Coruña das wichtigste Pferdesportereignis der Saison statt – die Europameisterschaft im Springreiten – und macht Casas Novas zum Nervenzentrum des internationalen Pferdesports.

Diese historische Ausgabe ist mit Zahlen gespickt, die das Ausmaß der Veranstaltung verdeutlichen: In diesem Jahr feiert Casas Novas sein 25-jähriges Bestehen und bestätigt damit seinen Status als Referenz für Wettkämpfe auf höchstem Niveau, mit mehr als 40 Ausgaben des Internationalen Springreitturniers von A Coruña im Rücken.

Mehr Besucher, mehr Wirkung für Galicien

Jedes Sommerturnier in Casas Novas zieht durchschnittlich 8.000 Besucher an, aber für diese Europameisterschaft werden über 14.000 Zuschauer erwartet, von denen etwa 25 % aus dem Ausland kommen – ein direkter Impuls für den Tourismus und das internationale Profil von A Coruña und Galicien.

Europe’s best combinations

Between the CSI 3* and the European Championship, more than 100 riders and 159 horses representing 24 countries will compete. They will be joined by over 1,000 equestrian professionals — including technical staff, veterinarians, judges, officials, and other experts — ensuring an organizational effort of the highest level.
The media impact will also be significant: around 150 journalists, cameramen, and media professionals will cover the competition for press, TV, radio, and digital platforms.

A first-class venue

Throughout the five days of competition, 10 classes will be held. Everything will take place in a venue renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities, covering more than 300,000 square meters designed to provide maximum comfort for both riders and horses. • 6 training arenas, including a gallop track (3 indoor and 3 outdoor)
